Jesus Forgives a Woman

Forgiveness means choosing to forgive others instead of holding anger or hate.

One day, people brought a woman to Jesus and accused her of doing wrong. They wanted to punish her.

Jesus looked at them and said:

“Let the one who has never sinned throw the first stone.”

One by one, the people left.

Then Jesus said to the woman:

“I do not condemn you. Go, and sin no more.”

Through this story, Jesus showed that forgiveness is stronger than punishment and that everyone deserves a chance to change.
